Please pay at the time you placed your order.
About the payment method, I accept only Paypal at the moment.
All items are sent from my studio in Japan,
and I ship almost everywhere worldwide.
If you are from Japan, I can receive your payment through some bank accounts. Please feel free to ask me for more information.

Shop policy
Payment
*Please pay at the time of your order
(If payment is not received within 3 days without any communication,
the order will be cancelled and the item will be relisted).
Returns and exchange
If there's any problem in my products,
please contact me as very soon as you received your ordered item.
(within 1-3 days after receiving the item),
and please let me know what has happened.
You'll get full refund (minus shipping fee), if the reason is acceptable
and it's sent back to me safely in the original condition.
Shipping
*Orders are shipped within 5 days of payment clearance.
If it's a made to order item, I'll let you know the schedule of shipping.
*Delivery time to USA, Canada, Australia, Europe, Asia
--- Averagely 7-14 days.
(Sometimes it may take longer. If you are in hurry, please make sure
to upgrade the shipping to EMS.

*All binders are shipped by registered mail that has a tracking number.
About small items, they're usually shipped by standard mail
which doesn't have any tracking system. For adding $4 you can upgrade your shipping to registered mail.
please let me know if you'd like to upgrade.
((Please note that if your package is not registered, it doesn't have any kind of number on your package, it means when it's lost or delayed, there is no way to search or track your package once it has been shipped out from me))
Privacy
Customer's private information such as name, mail address
or shipping address...etc. are used only for our transactions,
and they never used or revealed for other purpose for any reason.

Additional info
All your orders will be arrived gift wrapped.
Binders come in gift boxes.
If you prefer minimum package, I'll be willing to do so,
please let me know in advance.
*at the moment I'm thinking to offer minimum package as default,
and might make gift wrapping only for optional service.
